Small form factor (SFF) PCs prove that you do not need a massive tower to house serious hardware. Modern SFF cases accommodate full-size GPUs and powerful CPUs in footprints smaller than a shoebox. Building compact requires more planning, but the result is a powerful PC that fits anywhere.

Why Go Small?

SFF builds save desk space, are easier to transport for LAN parties or moving, and often look stunning with their dense, purposeful designs. With careful component selection, you sacrifice very little performance compared to a full-size build. The trade-offs are primarily in expandability and ease of assembly.

Choosing an SFF Case

SFF Power Supplies

Cable management in a small case is both more challenging and more important. Every excess centimeter of cable takes up precious space and can obstruct airflow. Custom-length cables or short cable extensions are highly recommended. Plan your cable routing before installing components, as reworking cables after assembly is frustrating in tight quarters.

Performance Expectations
